Sid Senroy
President and Founder
Sid Senroy is the president of RegDev, with over 3 decades of experience leading global quality and compliance drug development business teams resulting in approvals of numerous key blockbuster drugs. He founded RegDev to expand the reach of influence and to better share his knowledge to improve the industry. Under Sid’s leadership, RegDev has grown year over year, poised to push the boundaries of traditional thinking and create the best solutions and systems for unique situations. Grounded in Sid’s core values of Integrity and Social Responsibility, RegDev instills what Sid feels is the cornerstone of any good drug development effort. Sid is very passionate about drug quality, safety, and efficacy for public health. The culture Sid is fostering will usher RegDev into a new age of cutting-edge solutions using technology and innovation. Sid also spends his personal time giving back to the community through philanthropic efforts and mentoring the next generation.

Chelsea Senroy
VP Business Operations
Chelsea is our VP of Business Operations and Marketing, bringing over 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. Being involved from the ground up at RegDev in document management, Operations, Finance, and Marketing provides a unique operational view of what an organization will thrive on. Chelsea is leveraging her experiences and innovations to bring about change. More recently, Chelsea bridged Operations and Finance through strategic leveraging and processes engulfing the full lifecycle of the client relationship. She has experience building management systems and processes as well as adapting them as the company evolves over time. She also spearheaded RegDev’s entire rebranding project and Marketing outreach efforts. Chelsea appreciates the values RegDev espouses and enjoys participating in RegDev’s volunteer initiative to give back to local communities.

Jamie Tereschuck
VP Human Resources
Jamie joined RegDev as a Senior Human Resources Consultant in October 2022 and transitioned to full-time as Vice President, Human Resources in February 2023 with more than 20 years of experience as a Human Resources leader with development and commercial staged life sciences companies. Most recently, she served from March 2021 to March 2022 as Vice President, Human Resources at MEI Pharma. From January 2020 to February 2021 she held the role as Vice President of Human Resources at Biotheranostics, Inc., a commercial molecular diagnostics company acquired by Hologic, Inc. in February 2021. From 2018 to 2019 Jamie served as a Senior Human Resources Consultant for various public and private life science companies after serving as Vice President of Human Resources at AnaptysBio, Inc. in 2017, Senior Director, Human Resources at Orexigen Therapeutics, Inc. from 2008 to 2017, and Director, Human Resources at Elan Pharmaceuticals from 1997 to 2008. During Jamie’s career, she has had responsibility for strategic and operational human resource activities both within and outside of the U.S. Jamie has a B.A. from San Diego State University, and a Certificate in Human Resources Leadership and a Management Certification in Human Resources from the University of California, San Diego.

Terri Senroy
VP Business Solutions
Terri Senroy is our VP of Business Solutions, responsible for IT and Document Management at RegDev, Inc specializing in helping organizations evolve and refine processes along the way to growth. The team Terri manages is as diverse as she is in our industry. Here at RegDev she balances the need for technology along with the function it fits. The Doc Team is responsible for managing all our electronic assets. We continually look for ways to evolve while preserving what makes RegDev special. Terri has had leadership roles in IT Quality for over 25 years in different industries including Software Development, Healthcare, Hospitality, and Pharmaceutical. Her career focused on the overall experience of the client. Whether it is redefining a process or building a new solution, it is always about meeting the client where they are. She has unique skills that blend quality assurance with technology; encouraging our organization to weave quality into everything we do. Terri is an east coaster at heart growing up in Massachusetts. She enjoys cooking, bringing harmony to work life balance and spending time exploring being a Reiki Master and Integrative Health Coach.

Staci Ellis
VP Regulatory Affairs
Staci joined the RegDev team in May 2023 to spearhead the establishment of the Regulatory Affairs function to complement RegDev’s existing capabilities of serving clients in multiple aspects of the drug development process. She has more than 25 years of regulatory affairs experience across multiple therapeutic areas in the design, negotiation, and execution of global regulatory strategies that align with corporate goals to ensure developmental success. Prior to joining RegDev, Staci held leadership roles at MEI Pharma, Inc., Trius Therapeutics (acquired by Cubist Pharmaceuticals in 2014), Amylin Pharmaceuticals (acquired jointly by Bristol Myers Squibb and Astra Zeneca in 2012) and other small to mid-size biopharmaceutical companies. She enjoys integrating with sponsors and their teams to ensure a seamless collaboration.

Deep Laxmi
VP Quality
Deep brings over two decades of experience in product development, quality operations, quality systems, supporting global clinical and commercial manufacturing and clinical trials. She brings a wealth of strategic and technical leadership experience supporting a variety of technology platforms such as CGT, iPSCs, recombinant, plasma derived protein therapeutics, sterile injectables besides others. She is committed to establishing a strong Quality culture, efficient Quality Management Systems, and Quality mindset, while embracing data-driven risk assessments and continuous improvements. Prior to joining RegDev Inc. as Vice President Quality Assurance she worked at Aspen Neurosciences as Vice President, QU, Executive Director Unit at Biosplice, Sr. Director QU at Tocagen Inc., Director Quality Management at Acadia Pharmaceuticals, Associate Director QA at Incyte, Manager QA at ViroPharma/Shire. Deep holds MBA from St. Joseph University majoring in Pharmaceutical Marketing, MS in Chemistry from Georgia State University and M.Sc in Chemistry from Agra University.
