Beyond Compliance: Why Social Responsibility is a Core Value at RegDev
RegDev had the honor of sponsoring ElderHelp's annual Essence of Life event this year, showing our values are more than just corporate initiatives.
At RegDev, our daily work revolves around navigating the complex path of regulatory approvals to bring life-changing therapies to market. But we have always believed that our responsibility to human health and well-being doesn’t end when a product clears the FDA. To us, a strong business is only as impactful as the community it supports.
Social responsibility is not just a corporate initiative at RegDev; it is a core value. We are committed to making a lasting positive impact both within the life sciences industry and in the neighborhoods where we live and work. This commitment is why we were so honored to serve as a sponsor for the recent Essence of Life celebration, hosted by ElderHelp at the Southwestern Yacht Club on March 15.

Supporting Dignity and Independence
ElderHelp is an organization that resonates deeply with our mission. Since 1973, they have provided vital social services to San Diego’s oldest and most vulnerable residents. Their work ensures that seniors—particularly those with the fewest resources—can age with dignity, safety, and independence in the homes they love.
The afternoon was a beautiful reminder of the power of human connection. Led by Master of Ceremonies Jeff Zevely, the event honored extraordinary individuals who embody the spirit of care that ElderHelp champions every day.
Why This Matters to Us
In the biotech and pharma sectors, we often talk about being patient centric. For RegDev, supporting ElderHelp is a natural extension of that philosophy. Whether it is providing transportation to medical appointments, offering grocery assistance, or simply providing the companionship that keeps seniors thriving, ElderHelp addresses the “human” side of the healthcare equation.
Investing in initiatives that promote well-being across all stages of life strengthens the fabric of our entire community. We saw firsthand the direct impact of these services, and we left the event more inspired than ever to continue our partnership with such a meaningful cause.
Gratitude
We want to extend a sincere thank you to the team at ElderHelp, the volunteers, and everyone who joined us at the Southwestern Yacht Club to support this mission.
At RegDev, we will continue to look for ways to give back, ensuring that our growth as a company always contributes to the strength and dignity of our community.
