Chelsea is our VP of Business Operations and Marketing, bringing over 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. Being involved from the ground up at RegDev in document management, Operations, Finance, and Marketing provides a unique operational view of what an organization will thrive on. Chelsea is leveraging her experiences and innovations to bring about change. More recently, Chelsea bridged Operations and Finance through strategic leveraging and processes engulfing the full lifecycle of the client relationship. She has experience building management systems and processes as well as adapting them as the company evolves over time. She also spearheaded RegDev’s entire rebranding project and Marketing outreach efforts. Chelsea appreciates the values RegDev espouses and enjoys participating in RegDev’s volunteer initiative to give back to local communities.
