Jamie joined RegDev as a Senior Human Resources Consultant in October 2022 and transitioned to full-time as Vice President, Human Resources in February 2023 with more than 20 years of experience as a Human Resources leader with development and commercial staged life sciences companies.  Most recently, she served from March 2021 to March 2022 as Vice President, Human Resources at MEI Pharma.  From January 2020 to February 2021 she held the role as Vice President of Human Resources at Biotheranostics, Inc., a commercial molecular diagnostics company acquired by Hologic, Inc. in February 2021. From 2018 to 2019 Jamie served as a Senior Human Resources Consultant for various public and private life science companies after serving as Vice President of Human Resources at AnaptysBio, Inc. in 2017, Senior Director, Human Resources at Orexigen Therapeutics, Inc. from 2008 to 2017, and Director, Human Resources at Elan Pharmaceuticals from 1997 to 2008. During Jamie’s career, she has had responsibility for strategic and operational human resource activities both within and outside of the U.S. Jamie has a B.A. from San Diego State University, and a Certificate in Human Resources Leadership and a Management Certification in Human Resources from the University of California, San Diego.
