At RegDev, we always look to stay current with technology but also remain committed to our values. 

When it came time to upgrade our laptops and devices, we were concerned about contributing to the growing issue of e-waste. We were faced with the all-too-familiar challenge of what to do with our old tech hardware?  

One of our team members introduced us to Human-I-T, an ambitious and thoughtful organization seeking to transform discarded tech into digital opportunities. They believe that access to technology is a right, not a privilege, and they seek to transform discarded devices into digital opportunities for all.  

We’re proud to play a part in their mission and have donated our retired laptops to Human-I-T, where they’ll be refurbished and redistributed to individuals and communities in need. It’s a small step with a significant impact. Human-I-T supports digital literacy, distributing over 500K devices and diverting over 15M pounds of e-waste from landfills.
